HOW TO RETURN
Should you need to return, please reach out to us at email@example.com or 405 607 4633. We will review with you the very friendly Steven Giles return policy and return process, including date of your order and product to be returned, shipping label emailed, packaging requirements, and receipt enclosure.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY…
We hope you are pleased with your selection, but for whatever reason you may not be, of course we happily accept returns of selections purchased at regular price, complete with any product packaging, price tag, not having been worn, washed or altered, and within 45 days of order.
You love your selection, but simply would need to exchange, size, color, or try something else. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, rather simply return your previous order, and place a new order.
We welcome you to return, or exchange your online order in-store, and we always look forward to your visits. In-store returns, or exchanges will not be charged processing fees.
Returns will be refunded, credited back to your original form of payment the day after receiving your return package. A shipping and processing fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.
Returns are not accepted for Gift Certificate purchases or purchases of selections on sale.
